 28th Annual Golf Tournament

You Are Invited!  On Monday, August 7th, 2017, friends and associates of Horizons will gather at 
The Windham Club  for our annual golf tournament for the benefit of Horizons. 

Highlights of the best ball (scramble format) tournament include dinner and a cocktail reception, door prizes, golf awards for best team scores, closest-to-the-pin and longest drive, plus a pre-tournament putting contest. Polish up your putter and get ready to win! 

The Windham Club is an 18-hole public golf course. The golf course is returning to its roots as a terrific parkland course that offers an interesting challenge to golfers at all skill levels. Our philosophy is that golf should be fun, that hazards should be fair, and that conditions should be excellent.

8:45 a.m. Putting Contest
10:00 a.m. Golf Shotgun Start
Dinner, Cocktail Reception, and Awards immediately following play

Registration

Registration for this best ball (scramble format) tournament is required.   

Golf Package: Includes full registration, 3 mulligans (worth $30) and 3 putting contest tickets (worth $15).
Fee includes greens fee, cart, continental breakfast, gift bag, make-your-own bag lunch, on-course beverages*, cocktail reception and buffet dinner.  *soft drinks, bottled water and beer.

Registration Options

OPTION 1:   By July 4, 2017: Get the Early Bird Registration, fee $200
OPTION 2:   After July 4, 2017: Normal registration, fee $225

Early Bird Registration fee is only available if you are… early!

Golfers at $225 each are entitled to greens fees, golf cart, dinner, and reception for one golfer after July 5th.

Foursomes at $900 each are entitled to greens fees, golf cart, dinner, and reception for four golfers after July 5th.
Golferships at $225 each enable you to invite Horizons staff members or other guests to play with you or in your stead. Or you may specify that your golfership(s) be designated as charitable contributions to our annual Campaign for Campers.
Tee Sponsors at $150 each will have a sign displaying the sponsor's name or organization placed at the tee of their choice. Sponsors will also be listed in the tournament program and the "The Horizon Line," our organization's newsletter.
