Lowell P. and Claudia T. Weicker Arts & Wellness Center

Local philanthropist, musician and owner of Shaboo Productions, David Foster and his wife Marilyn announced the Foster's major capital gift of $250,000 to kick off a campaign to build the “Lowell P. and Claudia T. Weicker Arts and Wellness Center at Horizons.”  This center will be the final building in our 9 year camp to campus transformation!
