Lowell P. and Claudia T. Weicker Arts & Wellness Center

Local philanthropist, musician and owner of Shaboo Productions, David Foster and his wife Marilyn were on hand at the recent Horizons Gala on May 7th. It was a great night and David announced the Foster's major capital gift of $250,000 to kick off a campaign to build the “Lowell P. and Claudia T. Weicker Arts and Wellness Center at Horizons.”  This center will the final building in our 8 year camp to campus transformation!
